This replacement cap is intended to fit the CURT direct-weld square jack #28512 to keep water and grime out of the internal mechanisms. It is constructed from plastic and comes with set screws and washers.

It capped the problem. It did not come with washers, but that is okay since the screws are locking screws.

Fits perfectly on the 4 inch square jack on the flatbed trailer. Holes matched up with existing screws. Now the gears are weather protected again.
