This tow ball is rated for 15,000 pounds gross trailer weight. It has a 2-5/16-inch diameter ball to couple to a 2-5/16-inch trailer coupler. The stem of this hitch ball is 1-1/4 inches in diameter and 2-5/8 inches long. It provides an excellent complement to most class 5 hitches. The shank is constructed with fine threads for enhanced torqueing and holding strength. This 2-5/16-inch trailer hitch ball is made from high-strength steel and covered in a chrome finish for corrosion resistance. It is also thoroughly tested according to VESC specifications for safety.
