There is an aggressive seam going straight through the glass where the personalization was. Instead of noticing the manufacturing defect and not personalizing that glass, they went ahead and now I'm going to be out money because of a sloppy company. FOR SHAME!When contacted this was Crystal's reply "Thank you for the message. I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the personalization of your item. In reviewing your photo(s), what you are describing is a product of the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the manufacturing process of how the glass is made.We always strive to exceed expectations, and I'm sorry that we didn't in this case. I would be happy to give you a refund of 15% off the amount you paid for the item to help offset your frustrations."

The glasses were nice. They were the same as on the picture and will make the perfect gift for someone who love whiskey and cigars. The only that I would have like to have seen different is the etching on the glasses. The etching could have been a bit larger, however the size of the etching could be fine for others. In the picture the etching appears to be larger, but it is smaller than it looks in the photo

The glasses are nice and the engraving came as ordered. But there is a seam down the very center of where the engraving is. It just kinda ruins the point of this order.

My original order was not the best... there were several issues (font was too small, engraving was faint, and missing a letter). Long story short, I got in touch with the company and they were able to send me replacements with all the corrections made with expedited shipping so that it arrived in time for Christmas since these were presents. I would def purchase from them again! GREAT customer service!
