Arguably the one and only thing a name plate company needs to do correctly is spell the name right. I know, I know, you're thinking "you probably just entered it wrong and are blaming them". But 2 problems with that: 1) It's my name and I've been writing it correctly for over 30 years. And 2), and this is the damning one, when you purchase the item they send you an image of what it will look like when complete. On the proof photo my name is spelled correctly, but on the final product it is not. So it is 100% for sure their error.Also they don't have a refund policy so good luck getting your money back once they screw up your name. Fortunately we only ordered one as a test of the product quality - otherwise we'd be looking at dozens of non-refundable potentially misspelled name plates.Steer clear, do not waste your money.
