Came alittle dented, just double when you open. It says not returnable which isn’t the worst thing because it customized, just seemed damaged from packaging. Otherwise it’s nice

This showed up faster than I was expecting and the print quality on it is really good! It's very crisp and my flag looks great on my boat.

I only put 1 star cuz they made me. Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered a flag with the understanding the design team would help with any kinks you may need help with. I left a note when ordering the flag that I’d like the letters to go vertical, when I receive they r not. When I tried to work it out with cs I just get the run around.
