The customization process is really good allowing the customer to choose font styles, size of graphics, and placement on the sweatshirt including custom cropping of images.Downsides-the sizing runs very small. Thankfully it's a good thing I saw the sizing chart before I ordered it, but honestly, I could have ordered up two sizes and would have still been okay. Overall, not bad.
