Image peeled within a week. Fortunately It peels off cleanly so the keychain still looks good with just the engraving. The link holding the keychain to the ring bends easily, but after switching it to the included alternate link, it stays well connected.Edited to add...Seller reached out to me upon seeing this review offering to refund or replace the defective product. Wonderful seller, easy to communicate with.

Bought 2 of these Memory of my father-in-law. My husband was looking for something that he could carry with him actually, he hung it in his truck. can you remind you of my dog tags? they turned out really nice. The picture was kind of soft and I was able to customize the back. The only thing I didn’t like was when I was trying to customize. I struggled a little bit, but I figured it out. I think they would make a great gift to pass out to siblings or grandchildren in this kind of case Like a keepsake. Also, probably good for couples. It was cool..

The picture looks really good, the engraving is clear. I'm very happy with it. If it hangs with other metal objects the picture will get chipped, so its best to wear it by itself.

I used the key chains as gift for the team at work. It was an absolute hit! The keychains are well made, classy, discrete and very, VERY personal. I had a picture of the team on one side, and a personalized dedication on the other and a couple of people even cried!Also, they are shipped in individual boxes and the vendor even includes a Thank You note, which I thought was above and beyond. It was a great experience, overall.

Received this item in the mail.The photo given to the company was high quality. However, the photo on the keychain was less than par.It is very blurry and can not see any details. It is all a blur.

pictures are SLIGHTLY discolored but still good quality, almost as if “memory” was a color. NOT blurry. Words are actually engraved so no need to worry about it fading. Affordable. Perfect on the go memorial if you like to carry a piece of your lost loved one with you 24/7 like me. The only complaint I have is, I wish I could have added more wording. But I will definitely be ordering again! LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️🩹
