The plate looks great, and is the right height, but you will need to sand down the width by about 1/4 inch before it will actually fit in a pelican case.

I like the color and font choices, however old school nameplates like this are more deeply engraved and are probably more rugged. This looks like someone could scratch off the lettering if they worked at it a bit. Otherwise nice. Had to sand slightly to fit. No problem with that.

This nameplate does not fit the nameplate section of the pelican case. I had to saw it down in order to make it fit perfectly inside the grooves of the nameplate section of the case.

I was happy to chance upon this product to replace several nameplates on 5 different Pelican cases. My first order was for just one to evaluate. Subsequent order order was for 4 more, and that should be all you need to know about satisfaction. I noticed a couple reviews were mentioning/complaining about the need to slightly remove some material to fit. My first did require some adjustment with a file (less than 5 minutes) for my expected snug fit. None of the next 4 required any, though I probably should have given one ~15 seconds to trimming but it would have taken me longer to retreive the file than the bully the nameplate into position. Nonetheless, I'm very content with the quality and fast shipping and will return to this supplier for other nameplates as I rotate the Pelican cases into use.

Exactly what I was looking for. Fast delivery and the only thing I dislike is that the adhesive seemed alittle skimpy which we will see how long it holds up.

This guy knows his name plates. Pelican would do well to take this guy up on his services. Some people complain that the plate is a smidge too big. They are correct. However with a piece of sandpaper and less than 3 min of following the angle you get the exact size for tour needs. I was disappointed at first but when you modify the case you just don’t worry about the small things. At least it’s not too small. Great product. I wish he allowed for QR code uploads.

The product was nicely done and shipped quickly. However, the nameplates didn’t fit into the little recessed slot on my Pelican 1560 case. The Pelican nameplate has a slight taper to it that the provided nameplate doesn’t have.What I did instead was to stick the new nameplate on top of the original nameplate with the provided double backed tape. Not the best solution, but I needed to get going.
