I ordered two of these specifically for the grey advertised in the picture but unfortunately got a bluish colour. I only had them put a very simple logo on one of them, and the other one I requested to remain only grey with no logo because like I said, I thought I would be getting a soft grey colour which I love from what they advertised which looks best on my skin tone but i got a bluish colour instead. The logo quality looks good but the colour of the headbandana isnt what you see in the picture for the grey colour. The fabric quality is also extremely cheap and not what I expected. I paid 20$ for 2 plus paid shipping myself which was 5$. I asked for a refund of half the amount back from the seller and I will even send them back the blank headbandana so they can use next time someone orders the “grey” they have advertised. I have yet to hear back from them, but will be contacting customer service shortly if they don’t resolve the issue directly with me.Beware of the colour advertised if you’re particular about it being accurate.

In the anonymous world of Amazon ordering this company stands out for its customer service. I had to change my order after I submitted it and I need it for a family event. They were incredibly helpful and very responsive. The package arrived early and the gaiters look great. Highly recommend.

If you’re like me and looking for some custom Survivor buffs - stop searching. This is the spot! Great quality of buffs, the print colors are bold and vivid, the price is VERY fair when ordering in bulk (would even say too cheap to be honest), and the level of communication from the seller is fantastic. They spoke to me every step of the way, answered any and all questions I had, and offered proofs of the buffs before we decided on a final design. Already recommended to my other Survivor friends and will definitely be ordering from them again if I ever host another Survivor themed party.

I ordered a custom set of 12pcs of the neck gaiters by sending a message to Kalily directly. I attached a pdf file of the patterns I wanted and they were very responsive. They gave me a link with instructions how to order and pay for the custom set. There was a slight miscommunication and initially, I did not receive the patterns I selected. When I reported this error to them, they quickly corrected the mistake and sent me another package, this time with all the ones I had chosen. Kalily Customer Service was very prompt with their replies and follow-up and I'm happy with the quality of the neck gaiters that I got. Love the colors and patterns and the feel of the fabric! It does take some time to ship from China to the US though, so you have to be prepared for that. But on the whole, the entire experience has been positive and pleasant and I'm glad I took the plunge to get a custom set.
