My image came out very dark, the puzzle pieces have chips on the back making parts of it very thin & fragile. I tried to do a return or refund & they donโt allow either. Keep that in mind while ordering. Now Iโm stuck with a 30 dollar puzzle thatโs useless to me. I really wanted to love this puzzle!

What a pleasant surprise! This puzzle is so superior to the one I ordered from the printer I usually use. It comes in a bag within a box, plus there's a color photo of the image to help assemble it. I'll be ordering more puzzles from this supplier!

The wooden pieces are great and I like how they lock together. The picture quality was also excellent.It was nice they included a full size picture in the box, but the image resolution was disappointing, like it was printed on a regular printer, and it was easier to look at the image on the box rather than the paper to put it together.

I was surprised. Pieces are thick and seem like wood. Colors are bright and sharp. I will be ordering more puzzles.

Got the 500pc from a wk group picture that wasn't sharp at all and feared the quality won't come out good. It was pretty great for a zoomed out print. Also the pieces were cut really well. Every piece fit as it should! It was such a perfect gift and everyone loved participating. Will be ordering many many more!
