The pickup cutouts work fine for uncovered humbuckers - they are snug. it you have covered pickups, you will have to grind/file to make them fit. my chrome covered DiMarzio and Gibson PUPs will not fit as delivered

Rear pickup hole not cut correctly , had to file to correct. Only minor tweaking needed though.

This thing fits great. The holes line up very well, I would suggest that you put all the screws in at once and tighten them in a circular pattern to even out it out more but I had no problems with this and would recommend to others.
