  • For names 2-3 letters long, select 1.5 inches; 4-5 letters, 1.75 inches; 6-7 letters, 2 inches; and 8-9 letters, 2.25 inches.

I ordered the silver one sided with heirglific symbols of my name Marie. I received one side with "Marie" the other side blank. No one will help me. I want what I ordered not what they sent me. Cartouche is lovely,very nice workmanship. They could have notified me if there was a problem.
