I was not happy with the quality of the product I received, nor the ordering process, and it was expensive.The color selection is extremely limited. I had two other designs that couldn’t be made because they didn’t have the colors. The quality of the embroidery left gaps that weren’t quite covered or filled. The hook material was sewn so far back from the edge I’m concerned it will break stitches to remove it from the loop fields too much.

I've ordered over a dozen patches from here. They don't always get the size right because they say there's so much detail that it had to be made bigger. ( no extra charge). Any bigger than 3in. tall/ 4in. wide didn't look right on the poles. ( see the variety of sizes in picture for scale) but they didn't hesitate to replace it @ no cost . The work is impeccable. Customer service is excellent. I've tried others, and found here to be the best all around. Just be sure to stipulate the size in the notes. I've always ordered the iron on accessory, but end up sewing it on anyway, and when I wanted to switch polos, the iron on glue won't come off. So unless you plan on making your choice permanent, you might want to stick with just the sew on feature. I haven't tried the velcro (hook & loop) yet. All the extra costs do add up, but under $20 is still a decent price for the outstanding skills they use in making it customized.

I ordered 3 custom patches. The photo patch of my cat looks great. Only one small complaint, there is a lot of the white backing that the patch is made on showing at edges, can’t figure out how to remove it without damaging the stitching. . I ordered 2 patches of my company logo. The stitching is fantastic but the blue color looks nothing like the pictures to choose colors from. The blue looks much brighter in the color choice pictures. This doesn’t look good, can barely see it on the black background.

We ordered two different custom patches. They arrived earlier than anticipated. Patch colors and quality were fantastic. They were exactly as we had ordered. The value for the cost was definitely high!
