Worked great, unlocked truck door, and fit ignition switch. Will need to get locksmith or dealer to program it. Very happy with purchase.

The key is cut wrong and does not fit the lock smoothly. I have tried flipping it over and it doesn’t work either way. I filed a return request and we’ll see what happens. 2021 Ford F150

Worked perfectly. Bought a 2017 F150 with one key. Ace hardware wanted $268 to make a copy. Facebook guy wanted $180 for one, or $300 for 2. I ordered 2 keys here for $96 total, sent my picture, and 5 days later they arrived and worked perfectly in the lock and ignition. Friend came and had them programmed free of charge in 10 minutes.

Highly skeptical this would actually work just from a photo of the key...After super gluing my old key together to program, the new key for my 2016 F-150 XLT works flawlessly. A little stiff going into the ignition but it is a fresh cut key.Not sure how much I saved but I'm ecstatic!

I was leery about this . . . send them a photo and they'll copy your key???? Right. Encouraged by the positive reviews - especially the one by someone whose key didn't work the first time - I took a chance. Boy, am I glad I did! The new key arrived just 5 days after I ordered it. I immediately went out to test it in my truck. It wouldn't turn in the tailgate lock or the door lock. I was so disappointed! Remembering the review I read, I emailed the address on the business card that came with the new key. I explained the problem and, even though it was a Saturday morning, they replied within 30 min. They said that they could either refund my money or try a second time if I sent new pictures. This time I sent pictures of both my originals (alongside the one they cut incorrectly) so that they had clearer pictures of both sides of the key. Seven days later, today, the second key arrived. I tried it in the door lock, but this time it wouldn't even insert! Befuddled by this, I tried it in the tailgate lock - where it worked. I went back & tried the door lock. Now the key went in and locked/unlocked the door. It took me two tries to program the key, but that was because I had never done it on my '23 Mav XL before. (You need to turn the two original keys all the way to the 'start' position and hold it there for 3 seconds. The instructions I have just say to turn it to the 'on' position for 3 sec.) So for $50, versus the $300 the dealers around here want, I have a third key. That's pretty reasonable when you consider that blank MAV keys/fobs go for $25-$30 anyway. I will be getting my sweetie a spare key for her new Toyota once she ret urns in mid-April.

The key arrived quickly and was correctly cut. I followed online directions about adding another key and was able to quickly program it, as long as I had my 2 original factory keys. Now I have a spare key!

This is one of the top 10 items I've purchased from Amazon. It came with a instruction card that any 2nd grader could understand. My key fob was programed in less than a minute. This item cuts out two middle men, the programmer and the locksmith.
