This is basically a long thin strip of cloth, 95% polyester 5% spandex, made in China, that you wrap around yourself. There are instructions on the back of the box, nothing particularly complicated but would take some practice to do it quickly and correctly in the first go. The material is comfortable and strong, and pretty secure once wrapped correctly.The convenience factor is not there compared to carriers you can simply put on and strap yourself into. It's not so easy to get the baby in and out of the wrap either, although much easier if you have a second pair of hands. It is probably the lightest way to carry your baby hands-free, though.

Years ago I saw my cousin carrying her little chihuahua in a sling made for babies. Initially I thought it was kind of ridiculous, but then I thought, that's actually kind of cute, especially in situations when your little dog or puppy is shy (my cousin brought her dog to a family gathering) or they are sleeping and you want them close to you or vice versa. So that's what I had in mind when I ordered this baby wrap. I lost my beautiful Border Collie a year ago due to illness, but I plan to get a new puppy sometime this year. My plan is to "baby" my puppy and carry him or her around in this baby wrap when s/he sleeps or feeling anxious. I like the blue color and the kitty print. From what I can tell so far, this is a good quality baby wrap. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex which means it is stretchable and comfortable to wear. I tried it out and it's not difficult to put on, although it may take some practice to become proficient. The way it wraps around, it is sure to provide great support for the baby or puppy you are carrying around. Reasonably priced.

I don't have human kids, but my pets are my babies! My 3 dogs are all under 20 lbs and too small to walk on a leash in crowded areas (ex: outdoor festivals) where they could easily be overlooked and stepped on. In those situations, it's nice to have a carrier to keep my arms from wearing out carrying them.We've tried all sorts of carriers - bags made to hold dogs tote-style, a front-pack of sorts, etc. - but this is honestly one of the most comfortable ways to bear their weight. One of my dogs really loves it and the others don't seem to mind this any more than any other carrier. They like that they can keep their feet tucked up under them, and the swaddling aspect works like a calming compression garment. I like that the weight is evenly distributed so I don't have straps digging into my shoulders.There's a small learning curve to figuring out how to wrap this, but it really isn't hard at all. Anyone can do it. The material has the right amount of strength and stretch without being too stifling or hefty. My dogs weren't even panting when I tested this by lugging them around the house. Plus the subtle pattern is cute! I also like how easy it is to throw in the wash, and how conveniently it folds up to be packed away.I have no doubt that parents of human babies will find this equally useful, and would encourage pet parents looking for a dog or cat carrier to consider giving a baby-wrap a try. It works for "dog-wearing," too!

I don't have a human baby but I do have two very cuddly kitties that's been wanting to live in my skin. This was the solution 👌🏻. One stayed in there for a good 5min purring, loving our Me time together. The other was confused at first then scared my arm a few minutes later to let them back in. My kitties also gets really scared and anxious at the Vet so i belives this will also be very therapeutic for them to give them a safe and happy space until it's time to be examined.My kitties weigh 10lbs each and they felt very secure while I was walking around with them. This is probably the closes God will allow me to experience having a baby in a sling lol and tbh it was really nice. It made me happy. I would recommend this for all babies🩷
