The tool did work but the shaft was a bit short to get real leverage to slide hammer the axle off. I had to also use a fork to bang the axle puller from underneath to get it out. So it does work.My only suggestion is that you either add an extension for make the handle longer to improve force for each impact. It did the job and saved me $500 so I'm not arguing!
