Love it. Husband ran new water line from under sink, through back side of cupboard, then behind stove wall and up to faucet. Put in turn off valve for this line under sink. Easy hook up. Still have to fill in grouting… Have seen this faucet several times on HGTV! So nice to not lift heavy pots of water.

I think this is my third order for different jobs. After researching pot fillers this one comes in at a great price. Construction is well built, heavy with ridged arms.The brushed nickel finish goes well with my stainless steel backsplash.Installation take some thought as to the depth of the supply line in wall given the nipple provided in the kit.Paperwork suggest 18" or more above flame. I suggest go as high as you can.Reason being, the closer the flame is to the filler the hotter the water will get inside the arms.This then increases the temp of the water causing it to expand and put stress on the pivoting joints.My previous installs show signs of separation at the joints. Now, the company will send you a new part for the problem but I have no idea how to replace it!

This thing was great while it lasted My wife barely used it maybe a total of one time a month. The Pot filler separated by the pivot on the wall-mounted valve. My wife went to use it and the arm flew off the valve and sprayed water everywhere. Ran to my wife who was soaked and frantically trying to overcome the pressure while screaming for me to come help.The water was shooting up at the hood. Luckily I was able to calmly turn it off and clean up. After inspecting why it came off it seems the plastic part in the arm broke that the set screw presses against. I saw another review of this on here after trying to see if I can order the replacement part for this . I'm not sure if this is just a defective batch or a poor design. Luckily it didnt break the Gas glass top when the arm fell off.

I'm a custom home design/builder and installed this unit in the new custom luxury home I built for myself and my wife. I don't write a lot of reviews but - so far - this piece deserves high praise. We've been using it about eight months and couldn't be happier. It's the first pot filler we ever had, and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with it. It's heavy and well made, works perfectly, looks beautiful, and the best part, it was cheap!! As you know, you can spend $400-$1000 on a name brand pot filler, which is crazy to me. While I do advise my homeowners to avoid off brand cheap plumbing fixtures, there was no way I was going to lay down 500 bucks for a stupid pot filler. I took some good-natured heat from my plumber but this thing is great. Strong fast water flow, zero issues, looks great, feels solid, and just works. When I built our house I spared no expense for the things we wanted, but I also don't like to waste money. This was an exceptional purchase, and I highly recommend it. If it fails to live up to this review over the long haul, I will update.

Bought this product in 2021, had it for about a month and it started leaking at the join. Returned it and purchased another one thinking we just got a faulty one by mistake. Now we are back to the same place, leaking again. Bought because reasonable price and ratings but now notice others mentioning same problem from this product. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money.
