No matter how tight I make the feed rollers they do not create a thread on my spokes.I bought it at Xmas and since the weather is just now starting to get warmer so I can try it I am too late to return it now so money wasted.

Item was sent back as it wouldn’t create even thread on the spoke. We even ordered it rush air to save time. The rolling was poor quality

Learn how to use it. PROTIP: color code the roller with nail polish the same as Park Tool spoke wrenches (black, blue, red, green, gray)

I at least expected 40 cuts. I am rebuilding a full bike wheel, this would be very costly. I might as well take to the Bike Shop at that price it would cost me loads to keep cutting like that. Put better cutting blades in..

I had high hopes for the Cyclo 07836 Spoke Thread Rolling Tool. I carefully read the instructions and watched all videos on YouTube. I tried all variations possible (cutting oil, no cutting oil, all different tightness settings and different hand techniques). The threads on my steel spokes looked great, but the threads would usually flatten out after threading a brass nipple on and off. I ended up buying prethreaded spokes threaded on a Phil Wood machine, and those spokes never had any flattening of the threads.I won't even use the Cyclo 07836 Spoke Thread Rolling Tool for replacement spokes here and there, so it was a waste of money for me. Bottom line: skip the Cyclo 07836 Spoke Thread Rolling Tool and just buy spokes threaded on a more stout machine with higher quality heads (dies).Maybe Cyclo will consider making the three rolling threads out of a harder steel.
