It does the thing. The included aluminum bracket had to be filed narrower to fit in my Hawk 250, but I sort of blame the Hawk 250. Still, much compression of plastic plate to get bolts to reach said bracket. Maybe include a slightly longer set?

It fits and works on my 2018 Yamaha YZ250A but if a pain to get on but it fits perfectly you need to remove the one bolt on the expansion chamber to get the guard on.

For what you get this thing should cost half the price. It is very flexible. With a little modding I was able to get it on my Hawk 250

It's nice for a plastic bash plate. I primarily use to keep small rocks and debris form hitting engine. Slightly modified it will fit on a hawk 250. I used rubber hose to fill the gap on the front bracket and took the rear bracket off and used L bracket bent slightly to slide in between the frame and rear of the engine.

Looks awesome thought it would be steel or some sorta metal but plastic heavy duty plastic tho installed on my 2020 chinese Hawk 250 slight modifications include shave down aluminum bracket sides to fit between frame properly and made a metal plate in rear so it hangs properly solid fit easy mods clean look

Fits perfectly on chinese hawk 250. Ive had many motorcycles over the years and i prefer the plastic guards because they do not vibrate and make noise. I cut a hole for my oil drain plug.

First let me say 4 stars not because of Hawk fitment obviously it's not even made for the motorcycle. While I know it's already an affordable skid plate really it's a fairly little piece of plastic with the flash sawed off hazardly with a band saw and a little aluminum bracket. I just feel like this should be 10-20 dollars cheaper for what it is. That being said it fit the hawk close enough. I didn't have to saw the aluminum, I had to jam some hose over the legs to make it fit tighter. Then I had to discard the rear plastic bracket entirely, drill an additional hole, and I replaced the rear bracket with a large 1 1/8" P-clamp. Not super difficult but it's kind of like a ten different people will have ten different solutions kind of thing saying it "fits" is a stretch.

Easy install and coverage is awesome and I put mine on a 2011 YZ125 not a 250 like its built for. I did have to cut the oil drain slot a little larger for proper alignment and shave a little off of my water pump cover side of the skid plate but even doing that it is so well worth it, looks great and protects better, even fits super snug! If you have a 05-19 YZ250 and want to ride more single track or desert, this is a must have, you will like it more than I like mine cause it should bolt right up in 5 minutes!
