One of the clamps received was smaller. I bought 1- 1/8" but one of them was smaller than that. Probably I will have to drill a hole to make it work!. Just one piece was bad the rest looks good.

Defective hardware. Bar-end bolt doesn’t fit through hand guard hole. Very disappointing as they are a more expensive product. Hope my issue is resolved quickly.

I give 5 stars for a superior product meaning that when I dump my bike over these doesn't explode or bend as easily as most. However for my particular model (14 yz450f) it required a significant amount of modification for fit. My brake line banjo bolt was right in the way of the right handguard. So they are either pointed too far up or too far down. I ended up choosing down. I had to trim quite a bit off my front number plate with a saw to get it to snug up and bolt on. Also, i had to cut 1.5" of each side of my foam bar pad to make room for clamps. On my old klx450 i used fastway v2 handguards and they were even a bit more beefier than these but they cost another $50 over these.

These are very nice hand guards. However, on this last purchase, they don't fit this 2013 ktm xcf 350 well at all. Could be bar bend, could be front break set up is different then Japanese bikes ?? I have a steering damper coming for this bike and I will see if I can get these to work once that damper is installed.

I bought a couple sets for my KTM 640's. I occasionally crash mine in the bush and the girlfriend sometimes drops her Sumo in parking lots. They hold up well to drops! They don't move a bit. They're really strong, look good, are fairly easy to mount and offer a bit of wind protection on the road. Well worth the extra couple dollars for these over other brands.
