Low Dust:
The friction material will generate dust particles during braking, which is the result of wear. We use a low-wear formula that can reduce dust emissions, extend the life of the brake pads, and help protect the environment.
Material:
The friction material of the brake pad is less metal and non-asbestos, containing brass and DuPont Kevlar fiber. The backplane is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer is wrapped with a corrosion-resistant black surface spray paint coating.
Processing:
The grooves and chamfered surfaces on the brake pads play a role in reducing noise to a certain extent, improving adhesion and comfort. Our brake pads, like OEMs, use grooves and chamfered surfaces to ensure their shape is low-noise construction.
