Bought 2, one for truck the other the RV. Had to grind one a bit to fit the reinforcement on my adjustable trailer hitch. But when mounted the hitch & receiver are solid as a rock.

Bought this to reduce the rattling with a hitch extender. I live near the ocean an really like that the bolts are stainless steel and will not rust. It did the job. Worked as advertised...buy it!

Used this for a 15 hour road trip while towing a Uhaul trailer. Worked and minimized the hitch sounds. It wasn’t 100% zero sound but it was probably around 87% reduction in the sound. The only issue is the bolts and/or the threads. Seems like they used cheaper softer metal. As a result the bolts can easily be stripped. I made sure not to over torque the bolts. Seemed to helped and avoided any stripping. Will be replacing the bolts for harder ones.UPDATE: I have been using this product for over a year now and it is still going strong! The product is so good, I got a 2nd one and give it to a buddy for pulling his boat and motorcycle trailers. I still stand by 4/5 stars due to the softer metal, BUT if you take care of the product, it will last you and it will work. Thought y'all should know.

I was looking forward to using these for my motorcycle carrier. However, I was very disappointed. I put the first stabilizer on snug but no where close to the torque limit for 18-8 (304) Stainless Steel bolts. I used a torque wrench to ensure I didn't. I then took it for a test drive with the motorcycle on. I still saw wobble. when I tried to remove the stabilizer, however, 1 of the nuts was seized onto the bolt! I couldn't even get it off with an impact wrench as shown in the first picture. I then too the second stabilizer and tried that one. I used even less force on that one. Mind you, I was getting wobble on the last one and still tightened this one less. I proceeded to wobble the carrier without the motorcycle on it. then I tried to removed the second stabilizer. One side I had to use the wrench to remove the bolt all the way until it was off the threads. You can see in the picture the bolt threads were already starting to show stress. SS is a softer metal when it comes to bolts. It should never be use for something like this if you have to tighten it down that much to eliminate hitch wobble.. I am very disappointed in this product and basically threw away $23. I should have known better. Even 303 SS would have been a little bit better.
