great quality paper, good weight and texture for pastels, also worked well with acrylics. Strong colours really make the pastels pop.

This is fantastic, thick and highly coloured paper, which is a joy to work on. 5 sheets of each colour...dark grey, dark forest green, navy blue, medium bright blue, medium grey-blue, and a VERY pale sky blue ...almost white.It's a big plus is that one side is textured while the other side is smooth ...yet both sides give good grip for pastels and oil pastels. The paper is thick enough that the textured side doesn't interfere with the smooth side. You can use whichever side you prefer.The dark papers might be a bit much for coloured pencil, but to be honest, I haven't tried that. But this paper is great for pastel.I just wish it came in a bigger variety of sizes. I think there is also a 12 x 16-inch option, but I could do with a couple sizes bigger than that as well.

Nice paper for a very reasonable price. This paper is very good which holds the pigment very well. A very good paper especially for beginners like me. A good variety of colours. It would be even better if they are some pitch black sheets, but the closest colour to it is dark grey which is fine. The dark blue is my favourite. :-)

On m'avait conseillé ce papier pour l'adhérence du pastel sec sur ce papier. Il est conforme à ce qu'on m'avait dit.De plus, ce papier n'était pas disponible dans aucune des boutiques d'art de ma région. j'étais satisfaite de le trouver sue Amazon. Merci !
