They should let the consumer know that it’s nothing but Chinese junk I’m very dissatisfied it was way overpriced and they’re giving me a hard time on returning it

I'm a framing carpenter, and I liked the feel of the hammer it swing alright and is designed well... but isnt made well, I went to pull a pretty warped board off with it about 5 days into having it and the claws bent sideways. I have never had that happen to me or my hammer and I've gotta say I expected better!

I'm a framing carpenter, been doing it long enough to need a wrist brace, (5-6 years full time). I am Not a hammer collector, but I do appreciate a quality tool. I'm on here looking at buying one of these dawgs after using one on the job for a few days after my Hart Woody gave up the ghost. I think this hammer is a pretty good tool-who cares if the head was cast in China-it's a hammer! The wood handle is of a nice (thinnish) diameter. It's straight handled-I find that nice for sloping into the hammer ring on the pouches. The head seems to be of good hard metal. Swings and strikes true!

I collect framing hammers, so I've seen a few. This Dalluge Dawg is a typical foreign made cheap kinda heavy hammer. If that fits your need, have at it. Now for rant..Vaughan tools, I thought you bought the Dalluge brand to add a premium hammer line to your offerings! This model cheapens up the Dalluge brand too much, dump it! I will send them a letter soon stating exactly that!
