I ordered the item in January 2022 and the 30 day return warranty expired last month. I had not opened the item as I was awaiting the decor setup for an in home event and to my surprise, there was no pump for the water fountain to work. We ended up changing the entire theme and obtaining alternate options for the setup therefore, I would like a full refund of the purchase price and return shipping also.

I've added 3 blue clear stones to cover the light a bit and they look very pretty.I will post a photo maybe later.The only draw back I can see is that the fountain does spray a bit of water out on the sides and front so maybe if it is a wooden table surface that marks easily, put something under it. the spray extends out maybe an inch all around, but it could be because of the blue stones. I tired it without the stones but it still sprays a little bit out the sides. Nothing to worry about though and easy to wipe up. It's easy to clean and easy to see the water level by moving a few stones to the side that surround the base.A guest visiting my place said that she loves it so much she is going to order one for herself too.The water flowing has a nice light sound and for me it is just right!

You have to be smoother than me to get the little dip in the cord right and to get the rocks in without dropping them all over. Don't worry, you can do this!It's a nice subtle trickle and soothing light. We keep it on all the time.

LOVE this fountain! It's just what my cubicle needed. I've received so many compliments on the calming effect of my work space. The fountain came on time, it was easy to assemble and affordable. I'm buying more to gift to co-workers and friends.

It's so quiet and elegant. Adds a calming effect to my office. I did struggle a bit with the hoses and the very minimal instructions provided, but otherwise it's the nicest fountain I've every purchased (and I've purchased a few).

This is very quiet barley makes any noise at all. Looks just like the picture which is surprising. I am definitely satisfied with the purchase, I just hope it lasts for a while.
