Solitamente uso il mattarello di legno ma ho acquistato questo perché ha gli spessori e rispetto ad altri è bello lungo di altri modelli.L'ho usato una volta perché la pasta passando si sollevava, problema che con quello di legno non avevo.

E' un po' pesante, ma credo sia un effetto voluto per appiattire meglio il DAS. La consegna è stata veloce e irreprensibile.

Bello, secondo me un po troppo lungo ma va bene, è proprio come si presenta!
