I purchased an inner and an outer left tail light for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The external appearance of the Dasbecan tail light was visually undetectable in comparison to the Mopar part, unfortunately the functionality is lacking. The problem arose when I went to attach the lower bulb on the outer tail light. The Dasbecan part is supplied with an incorrect socket profile and an incorrect bulb color (yellow)- see pic. The bulb is supposed to be clear. When I realized the socket was wrong I inserted the old Mopar socket and bulb in the new Dasbecan tail light. Unfortunately it doesn’t lock properly- you don’t sense the click when you turn the socket assembly to install it. I tightened it as best I could and am keeping my fingers crossed. Also, the tailgate light doesn’t illuminate evenly- the light intensity trails off towards the side of the car (bright to dark)- see pics of left and right tail lights.Would I buy this again, NO. How is it that a simple tail light set cannot be replicated properly? And why does it not illuminate evenly? Seems simple enough.

This product is legit. I backed into a trash can and broke my rear tail light. This tail light assembly was delivered overnight. The hardest part is watching YouTube videos on how to remove two plug screws and slide the whole assembly out of the car. My summit has a gray trim piece which I just reused because these guys only have chrome trim. No big deal. Cost my $70 and 45 minutes of my time. Literally could swap it out in less than 5 minutes now that I know how to do it. Saved over $500 versus having the dealership fix my tail light.
