Fits very nicely on my 2008 Silverado dash.It came packaged in a plastic bag and folded several times, used a steamer on it to get the majority of the wrinkles out of it. A few days in direct sunlight seems to have gotten out anything else I've missed.A few of the flappy areas, particularly the corners, didn't sit perfectly so I fixed this with some hook and loop tape to pin it down -- would be nice if it came with about 5 or 10 strips of this.The silicone backing sticks quite well to the dash plastic -- I will mention that I took the time to wipe down the dash with a non-greasing cleaner prior to installation.The "flannel" is more of a velvet feel, it's quite soft but seems durable.It should be noted that this fits the Work Truck, LS and LT style dashes in the Silverados, not the LTZ with the center console that blends into the dash.Would recommend

The foam bottom and suede like top is a great combo. This dash protector is a good look compared to the normal fuzzy carpet look of many covers. The fit is pretty close to dead on but seems the hole for the light sensor is a tad off will update as it lays out completely flat over the next few days. If after it lays out everything lines up I will update and change this to a 5 star as that is the only iffy part about this cover. Looks great has a nice weight and doesnt feel cheap at all. Stitching all seems to be done cleanly and the rolled edge is smooth all the way around. Its still a great cover the light sensor deal is a non issue for me but I gotta be honest and its not fitting up perfectly yet...
