As others have mentioned the size of the USB C cable is an issue, but it does just manage to connect to my phone through the phone case. I also had a magnetic ring on the back of my phone, so I didn't even have to install the ring they provided.To test it out I dropped a 125 GB game on it, and it only took a few minutes to transfer. I didn't actually time it, but it felt very fast.Since this is a solid state drive it is absolutely silent. No moving parts. You can also carry it around while it's reading / writing with no worry of hurting it.Only time will tell how reliable it is, which ultimately determines it's overall value. If data loss occurs I will come back here an update this review. For now I am very pleased.

I'm using this SSD with my Legion Go to boot Bazzite. The performance has been more than adequate to both boot the OS and play games off of. When conducting speed tests, the advertised speeds are being reached. Physically, the drive is a good size, and it comes with a decent high speed usb cable. Would recommend for expanding handheld gaming system storage.

iphone15で使用しました。まだ、使用したばかりですが、動画撮影しながらその動画をこのストレージに保管するのは難しそうです。（どなたか、やり方があれば、教えて下さい！！）なので、一旦iPhone15で撮影して、撮影動画をこの動画に保存するという作業になりますね。Proを買えばよかった(';ω;｀)。只、直ぐ認識してくれるので、転送速度がめちゃくちゃ早いので、保存用とかの活用で全然大丈夫そうです。

It comes with a short USB A to USB-C cable and an adhesive-backed metal ring to attach to something. The SSD is 2 1/2” square and is strongly magnetic on the bottom, with an indentation that matches the metal ring. That means the ring is provided to put on something (like your phone or pad) so you can carry the SSD easily as it doesn’t have a keyring or lanyard.I ran the built-in Windows command “winsat disk -drive ” to compare it against a fast USB 3 thumb drive I had on the same USB 3 port. It was 8 times faster on writes and an amazing 30 times faster on reads. With the large 1TB capacity it will make a great way load a bunch of video files to transport when we travel. My only issue is that the included cable doesn’t store in the SSD body (or that the SSD doesn’t have a built-in concealed cable) meaning you have to remember to bring one.

初めて外付けSSDというものを使います。パソコンに取り付けてみました。表示は931GBです。USB3.0に繋いで試しに動画を送ってみました。350MB/s前後のスピードが出ます。凄く速いです。ちなみに、外付けHDDでなら、いつもは150ほどです。USB2.0の方に繋いでみると40ほどなので2.0には何を繋いでも変わらないようです。SSDをスマホに繋いでみると、パソコンから転送した動画を見ることも出来ました。ちなみに、ケーブルが付属されているので大丈夫ですが、ケーブルによってはパソコンやスマホに繋いでも反応してくれないようです。家にあるケーブルを繋いでみましたが、試した3本の内2本は反応してくれませんでした。詳しくないのでその違いはわかりませんが。今更かもしれませんが、これからはSSDの時代みたいですね。

This little device works great as a portable SSD drive, but when it comes to attaching it to my phone, there are a couple of issues worth mentioning.My Android phone recognized the drive immediately, and I was able to easily transfer files from my phone to the drive and from the drive to my Windows computer without any issues. Both devices had no problems reading or writing from the drive.The drive comes with a metal ring that attaches to your phone or another device, and there’s a corresponding magnet on the drive itself. The idea is that the drive attaches to that ring or in my case the ring built into the case. However, in my case, the ring on my phone case is in the wrong spot, so the drive doesn’t fit properly. However, I could solve that by adding the included ring to the case.The bigger issue I encountered is with the included cable. The USB-C connector on the cable won’t fit into my phone when the case is on. The plastic around the connector is too bulky and obstructs the fit. Additionally, while it’s nice that the cable has both a USB-A and USB-C end, the USB-A adapter tends to dangle awkwardly when using the USB-C side. If I was going to use this on my phone I’d probably cut off the adapter and use it separately. The cable is also very stiff, which made it difficult to keep the drive plugged into my phone without it coming unplugged.Overall, this is a great drive for adding storage to your phone or other devices. I’d give it 5 stars if it included two cables (USB-A and USB-C) that were more flexible and easier to handle. Despite these minor issues, it’s still a solid product for portable storage!

Best portable USB 4.0 drive ever made! I have tried all different kinds, and this drive is remarkable in that it is small, portable, and doesn't require a fan or external head sink to stay cool during file transfersI have run crystaldiskmark8 to see how fast the drive was and the results were incredible. This drive lives up to the stats, and I easily got 4GB/s sequential read and 2.7GB/s sequential write speed. This is faster than my Internal hard drive.I have included images of a file transfer, crystaldiskmark8 speeds of my hard drive (C drive) and another external SSD for comparison.The only downside is that the drive does not perform well when transferring small files so it is best for large sequential file transfer rather than using it as a drive to run programs. Out of every single USB 4.0 drive I've tried, this one is by far the best due to portability, lack of heat, small size, incredible transfer speed, and great design making it easy to transfer and store files.If you have a USB 4.0 drive or thunderbolt 4 then there is no better/faster portable drive available than this. It will last a long time since it comes with a 5 year warranty and the speed is incredible which means it will perform well for years. I am very happy with this purchase and have bought 2 of them already.

転送速度が兎に角早く大容量になりがちな動画ファイルも一瞬で移せますMagSafeで本体に貼り付くのでプラプラすることも無くアダプターの劣化も防げているのは使っていて安心ですMagSafe対応と言うことは磁石ですので使わない時は何処かに貼り付けておく事ですぐに使えますし無くならないのも便利です
