Nice wind indicator but the elastic strap broke the first time I used it. I ended up putting a new one of my own in. Just disappointed in the construction of the strap.

I wanted a simple unobtrusive device I could look at out a window to show me the current wind direction at my residence. This high quality, low cost instrument provided the simple solution to meet that desire. I mounted it on an existing square metal post on my front porch using the attachment clamp, designed for a boat mast, that came with this product. It was easy to install, is unobtrusive and moves freely in the slightest breeze. I don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. Great product.
