Finally got these up to replace an set. They came well packaged and I'm great condition. Sturdy and well made. Had a slight issue with getting them into my old wiring, but I have an old house and have a lot of new lights I've installed had some issues with wiring. I've put up all my lights but had a problem with thisone. Had to call an electrician. The issue is not with the light but with the compatibility of my old wiring. Unfortunately we had to remove them because they were having issues. I put one in my other house and it worked fine. Once we get updated wiring it'll go back on the other house.

Doesn’t look or feel cheapy. The glass is decently thick. The metal doesn’t feel like tin and the light bulb’s radiance shouldn’t interfere with the sensor (won’t keep turning off and on) because the sensor is above the bulb. When I put a bulb in I’ll let you know and update it with a picture. I installed it above my basement entrance and I was worried about it hanging down too low because it looks like it hangs a lot lower than the bracket, but it doesn’t.

Beautiful porch light and very pleased with this product all together especially for the price I paid ($24.00) after a discount. I like the 3 modes a lot and the best thing is it has a bottom glass cover so bugs can't get inside.

I got these to replace some older and half busted up lights that were mounted on each side of my garage door. If we wanted the lights to be on with the older set when we got home at night, we would have to remember to leave the switch on all day until we got home. With these, they have a motion sensor that detects when we arrive and come on automatically. Installation was very simple and we just used the old mounting brackets from the old lights. (Make sure to open the breaker from the breaker panel before working with electric circuits in your home) All the necessary hardware for mounting them from scratch is included though. You will need your own bulbs (standard E26 base) as they are not included. We went with the 5000k bright white Edison style bulbs. I love that these even have a pane of glass that fits up into the bottom that helps to keep the inside of the glass panels clean and bugs out. Brightness will mostly be determined by what wattage value bulbs you put in it. The instructions that are included are simple to follow and in decent English. The build quality appears to be quite durable with real glass panels and metal housing. I love the simple squared and modern look to these lights and how well they function for the motion detection. And for around $50 for a two pack (at the time of this review), they are a great value in my opinion. Highly recommend.

So let's talk about these lights. Overall they are pretty good. Packaging was decent but they did use Styrofoam and I really hate having that in my house. And their Styrofoam is the really annoying kind that sheds a lot of little chunks that cling onto everything with static. But they did arrive without breaking. And that is impressive because the lenses in these lamps are real glass.Fit and finish was decent. One of the units I got had some spots where the paint was scraped off all the way to the bare metal. Two other units were perfect and didn't have any scratches so maybe it was just a bit of a quality control issue. One other thing that happened while I was installing was the ground wire pulled out from where it was attached to the lamp. Looked like it wasn't crimped in completely. So in the end I had to touch up the paint and reattach the ground wire.Installation was easy and no real instructions were needed. They give you everything you need and the parts were all there on mine. The auto dimming works but doesn't dim very much. That's ok because I do like a decent amount of light even when it's dimmed. Just don't forget to get dimmable bulbs. The motion detection that turns off the dimming has a pretty short range and sometimes it doesn't see me on the front porch light which is mounted higher. I think it's because it's located right above the bulk of the lamp so the lamp itself throws a pretty large shadow if you have it mounted up high. The ones on the front of my house that are mounted lower work perfect.Overall I'm pretty happy. The look is exactly what I wanted and I think the one unit that had some issues might have been a fluke.
