Hose blew after 11,000 miles, changed both that I purchased as the other hose was coming apart as well. Originals went 280,000 miles, running napa now.

Product was weathered and not new. The push clamp was not trust worthy, so I had to make my own

The quick disconnect end that goes on the heater core tube I had to modified before installing, because the slots on the side of the quick disconnect would not let the removal tool slide in to be able to release the fitting to remove it when it would have to be replace again at a later date when the hose would need to be replaced again. I talked to a Dayco rep and explain the problem to him and I also send him the original one I took off of my truck so he could see the problem when compare to the one on there hose. I told him that they will have some unhappy people when they try to remove these later..

Fit my 2002 5.4 F150 very well, seems like a very sturdy hose, even came with a new connector (which saved my butt because I broke the old one), no leaks as of installing and running it tonight, what can I say? Fit, quality, and didnt leak, thats all I ask from a hose
