Came fast, and solved the problem I was experiencing.Shifted up fine but when downshifting it'd shift when it wants. Sometimes not at all, thought maybe it was the handlebar button switch but when hooking a meter up that wasn't it. Thanks.

Worked great on 2000 Honda TRX350te. Make sure you clean and then regrease all the gears in there, it makes shifting so much smoother. Nice clean shifts with this motor, install was pretty straight forward if you are the type that changes your own brakes on your car, O2 sensors and things like that yourself. Of course youtube is king on this kind of thing.

I have a 2004 Honda Rancher ES that did not want to shift right. I tried all the tricks to no avail. I replaced the shift motor and now it's like a new machine. This is about a half hour job start to finish; just a few screws and zip ties to deal with and the connector was a bit stubborn but everything fit like it should and it's working great now.
