I ordered 2 motors one died after about 3 seconds and one runs but makes a bad sound I contacted the company and still have not received a reply theotors look good but looks are useless if they don't work

Was suggested by a friend for my lowrider. First tap of the switch it burned up I purchased 3 each one maybe lasted a couple taps of the switch. Will be going back to thunder motors for sure.
