Although the description says it will work for a Boss plow, it does not work for all of them. The shaft is .030 too large in diameter to accept the bearing.

It didn't fit and wasn't the same as the one I took off the plough even though it said it would in the advert.Had to buy one from elsewhere.

Don't buy this to replace your boss plow motor. Doesn't fit. Shaft to long and diameter to large.
