This is a good little slide hammer because it's the perfect size for most minor dents. The end is made to be fit around the plastic dent pull tabs that hot glue on to the dent. You can use any glue gun but you need those specific tabs. The slide hammer works gret on this as it's solid steel and has a reflection spring. It's nice and hard little bar that has the right weight to it.It's easy to assemble you just screw together the T-bar to the tool and it's good to go. It's a professional style tool and works much better than a plastic bottle. It's actually got a lot of potential longevity and could be a trusted service tool for years to come. I feel like it's ectremely cheap for a nice little slide hammer. It is meant mainly for plastic body vehicles but it might work on sheet metal also. And the glue from the glue guns just comes right off the clearcoat once cooled down.Just peel it off with your fingernail and it comes off real easy.

Last summer, I bought a hot glue dent puller kit and had limited success with it. I got this sliding hammer puller to see if it worked better and it did. My goal was to get the panel roughed out enough so that the bumper attachment points weren't hanging out in space like in the first picture. Over the course of a couple hours, I repeatedly glued the little glue tabs (not included in this kit but available for good prices) to the deepest parts of the dents and pulled with the slide hammer until the dents mostly popped out. It doesn't look great, but it looks much better and I suspect I will get better every time I try it. The last pic shows how my bumper tabs are now attached to the steel fender, which was my goal. One tip: put 2 fingers on either side of the t-bar handle (like in the 3rd pic), otherwise, due to some physics I don't understand, you'll smash one or some of your knuckles with the slider and it hurts.

A weld on the slide hammer broke on first use. Don't waste your money.

No glue sticks included and a mini glue gun is what is provided. So none of the paintless dent removal glue sticks fit into the tiny mini glue gun. 😩
