I'm not sure what happened to the original cover for my outdoor outlets, but it became evident during a recent rainstorm that it was missing when the GFI outlet tripped. Not wanting to spend too much money, I checked Amazon for a replacement cover and found this item. I was particularly pleased with the translucent smoke color as it would allow me to easily identify if the GFI outlet tripped.Installation was a breeze. You simply align the holes on this cover with the tabs on your outdoor receptacle and give a light push. The fit was very tight, creating a waterproof seal around the entire box while still being easy to open. The polycarbonate material is strong, lightweight, and feels more solidly made than the "mystery plastic" on the original cover. Polycarbonate is used in safety eyewear and motorcycle helmet face shields, so I'm confident that this cover can handle whatever mother nature throws at it. The handy 3-pack allows me to replace the covers on all my exterior outlets, and the price was far less than a replacement I found at a home improvement store near me.Great price. Quick and easy installation. Translucent coloring to allow visibility. You can't go wrong with this replacement for your DBVR1C, or other compatible, outdoor enclosure.

great product. perfect size of the cover that the guys from the Del-Air HVAC Company broke.however trying to reattach to the outlet is problematic. the cover is hard plastic. so it goes on one peg but will not flex to go on the second peg.the prior review said to give it a snap, i guess i dont snap hard enough. ☹️if someone else is successful i will update review
