Bought this for my denon amp 2 years ago. . Sounded great at first but now it generates bad annoying feedback. The bypass nob I think has a short in it

like this eq so far, no hiss, no hum, sound is crystal clear, this is used to increase or decrease frequencies it is not a amp.in order to connect this to a home stereo that has rca jacks on the back use 2 HOSA CPR-202 CABLEs also available on amazon.

got this to run with my Yamaha 473 amp and found out no tape monitor out anymore on amp. Only could run my blueray network player through the eq but I wanted to run everything through it. Ended up getting a switch box and running all stereo outputs into the switch box then one out to the EQ and the EQ to the amp. Works great for music vids and listening to music. Using 5-Channel stereo. Have to use RCA to 1/4" - the EQ has 1/4" or XLR so make sure you look at that for cablesGTMax RCA Audio Video Switch Box Selector Splitter - 6 In 1 OutThe EQ itself works great - can really hear the difference - have to adjust the gain on different sources or it will clipRunning video out with HDMI from BR player

I'm not sure if I got a bad product but this EQ will not make much difference unless its all the way up on every single way. if you looking for a lot better unit than this one for a lot less money try the BEHRINGER ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502 this is a great beautifull unit and the sound its awesome.

It does just what I needed at the right price, thanks 26th Street Music Center and Amazon too. Great build quality, excellent specs and features and very compact, which is something I needed. dbx makes basically the same eq with a larger face plate and controls, about twice as large, which takes up more space, but is also a little easier to use, much like a big button phone is. So, I'm completely happy with dbx products.

Using it with my stereo system. I have Orb speakers which I bought for their small size and big sound. I like the sound of full range speakers & sub with the only crossover in the sub. However this type of system is a little thin in the high frequencies and a little too big in the low mids. An EQ lets me tailor the sound and bring out the missing frequencies. I find this EQ to be all but transparent in shaping the sound to suit me. DBX is high quality gear.

We have bought this equalizer from ACE-SOUND and the equalizer is a piece of gold. It is very high quality built and professional.We have 4 Bose 901 speakers, after this equalizer they perform incredibly well. Our house became like a club. You can hear allkinds of sounds with that equalizer and there is no distortion at all even the volume is all the way up, 4x400 watts.ACE-SOUND is an awesome seller. Highly recommended to work with. There was a small problem but they arranged it awesomely everything well.We have never seen a better seller until now. 5 stars service. 5 stars customer satisfaction. Thanks a million.
