Before testing, I took a resistance measurement which agreed fairly well with the listed current draw of 1.8A. I didn't have any JST plugs that matched the included connector, so I replaced it with a 2P Dupont.With the additional resistance of a breadboard setup, I found consistent solenoid response when activating/deactivating via momentary switch (see photos), and a current draw between 1.6 and 1.8 amps.Highly satisfied overall with the performance and compact footprint of this little 12V solenoid, 5 stars and would order again.
