2、The air conditioner does not contain refrigerant and requires the addition of 380 grams of R134a refrigerant.
3、Need add 380 gram r134a refrigerant by customer,before adding refrigerant, it is necessary to vacuum it for 15-20 minutes.

Delivery was faster than told, that is the only good thing so far. The installation directions that came with the unit are of no use, and the video link they supplied is the directions shortened and subtitled in Chinese. I will not recommend or purchase again.
