My DC step on boots broke their first season due to the cable anchor dislodging. DC sent me a gift card after I explained it should be covered by manufacturer warranty. An employee stole and used the gift card before I had the chance to use it. Then DC ghosted me and refused to speak to me about a replacement gift card. The customer service for their snowboard stuff is not the same as DC, it is a 3rd party. Spend the extra $100 and get Burton or Nitro or something that will last longer than half a season and if it doesn't they may not steal from you.

honestly the best snowboard boots i’ve owned,they are super comfy and super reliable they are by far the most comfiest boots i have owned
