After my original belt broke I found these and replaced the one that had broken. Has been working well and still have the second one if needed.

I bought three of these for my Hoover FH52000 SmartWash. Fit was perfect (start at the small driver cog and end at one of the large plastic rollers that drive the brushes). Seem like great quality, but I’ll report back when it fails. Original belt lasted for two houses of thorough cleaning, so that’ll be my measure.This is a great price on what feels like a quality belt. I’m very happy.Quick update 8/5/22: still impressed. Have deep-cleaned a number of pet pees (we have dogs that are deathly afraid of thunder and they can't control themselves). Belt is holding up great after several extended cleaning sessions. Definitely the one to buy IMO for Hoover FH52000 SmartWash.Another update: 7/26/23: Well it finally broke. It lasted about as long as the original: roughly a year. Guess it's a design thing with the gearing. I was able to change it out in about an hour – not the most fun repair because you're removing 15 tiny screws and then trying not to break anything as you disassemble. I like the machine and what it does for us so much that I'm willing to take the time. And the cost of these is pretty much insignificant, so I'll buy 'em extras so I can always have some on hand.

Fit perfectly, make sure you place the belt over the top of the tensioner, if you place it on the bottom it will not spin the brushes when on carpet.

Perfect! This fits as a direct replacement brush drive belt for a Hoover smartwash FH52002. Not even available from Hoover.
