This item was extremely well mad and has none of the sharp edges that some of other companies items do. It works really well.

As a Surgical Technologist and manager of a Sterile Processing Department with 30 years experience, I can wholeheartedly say that this is a high quality surgical instrument. And the price is incredible. Surgical instruments usually come in three quality grades, first quality aka.German-made or German-crafted, medium quality, and "Floorgrade" aka. economy quality that are usually made in and of Pakistan stainless steel. Floorgrade means that the instrument is acceptable for use in nonsurgical areas of a hospital, such as on a nursing floor. The lowest grade being called "disposable" which comes from a manufacturer in pre sterilized instrument sets for things like suture removal and minor procedures done outside of a surgical department. I expected a floorgrade or lower quality instrument for this price.
