As I continue living (praise God) I have to find new ways to do things like I did in the past. Fortunately, I can turn to Amazon's wide variety of products to find what I can use to be as independent as possible despite my changed physical abilities. This includes "thinking outside the box" and using things like these tweezers not for beading, but for handling pills and tablets. When I fill my weekly pill boxes, my fingers sometimes drop too many medicine tablets in the daily compartment and this was a big problem for me because my crooked and painful fingers are not as steady as before and nor are they able to pick up the misplaced pill from the compartment. So far, I've tried needle nose pliers and some mini food serving tongs, but the pliers sometimes gripped too tightly and the tongs were too stiff, requiring more strength than my hands have. Like the saying " three times' the charm", these tweezers are perfect! They are able to gently grip and remove even my smallest pill without causing any strain on my hands. The length is great, too; when I drop a pill on the floor while I'm sitting there filling the weekly boxes, I can easily pick up the runway pill and not have to bend over much. Although these are not as expensive as more professional tweezers, they are just what I need to avoid being more dependent on others by completing even such a small task myself. I am pleased with the quality and the value.

I bought these to take out my contacts, but they are too thick to grab the edge. Waste of money in my opinion.

Cheap tweezers I could of got these at dollar store for thos type of quality doesn't pull a hair.
