These triggers work pretty well with an Alesis DM10 MKII drum module. The 2nd zone for the snare trigger is a little sensitive and can register false triggers at times. Overall they work fairly well.

Kick drum trigger came right out of he box with a stripped drum screw to mount it to the rim. I was able to get some pliers and turn the screw properly but am now in a search for a screw head that isnt stripped out and doesnt work with a drum key. Frustrating but still functional.

These are so awesome. They work best if used analog style for side-chaining purposes, but they do also work going straight into a drum module.

I don't know if everyone has this problem, but I had to return the ddrum Acoustic Pro 5- drum trigger kit.The thing I ran into was a lot of Ghost triggering, I could not get it taken out by the drum brain. So I bought the ddrum Acoustic hi-end ones, and again they did the same thing. So, I found out they where barely touching the drum head, one was not at all. So my fix for that was adding some round chair felts. Perfect, now they trigger like they should. So I think with any brand trigger they should make them adjustable on how much pressure they put on the drum head, that would be a huge help. I went thru so much wasted money trying to figure out why all the false ghost triggering going on. Now it works like a real drum set.

I got one of these for a troublesome floor tom running into a Roland TD-6 module. I'm using it in a hybrid setup with an Evans Hydraulic head with no muffling at all and I am getting 0 double triggering, great sensitivity, and very accurate triggering! I've tried several triggers for hybrid setups and this has to be one of the best ones out there. The Red Shots are also really good by ddrum, but these have a better mounting system and you can adjust the tension depending on where you clamp it on the rim. Over all I made some slight adjustments in sensitivity, but it basically just worked.

Great trigger, very sensitive. Really universal fit as I tried them in a few drum sets and had no problem at all. WARNING: if you don't know how the triggering system works, don't even try to buy them. I have seen a lot of people have trouble with these.For the punk-pop and metal drummers is a must, and it will save you a ton of money of buying drum mics sets. Take note that you will always need a drum module to record the midi into your computers.

These triggers are terrible. Bought new and snare and bass triggers didn't work. Ddrum would not fix the problem nor would the seller. Buy at your own risk.
