Fixed my hard shifts when going into a lower gear to accelerate. Just hope this brand lasts longer than my previous one. Luckily they are super easy to install.

Installed onto a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville SLE with the 3800 V6. This is the Left Front Engine Mount (Mounts to the Oil Pan) and not a Transmission mount. Easy install. Just support the engine with a block of wood and a jack before removing the mount to the Oil Pan.

I installed this on my 2002 Buick Park Avenue. It wasn't too hard to install, but there were other parts that had to be removed to get the old mount out, and the new one in. It's of no fault of this parts manufacturer, that's just how the car is. If you can, get the car up on ramps to give you extra space underneath to work. You might need to loosen the other two mounts to turn the engine enough to get the metal bracket holes lined up again. Having a second set of hands will definitely help. Took my buddy and I a couple hours total to get the old one out and the new one in.

Because of the design, this particular part only lasts a few months...(6to18). But, this specific brand name is, best by far. I only gave it 3 stars because of, the durability and, the longevity of the part. However, I would purchase this particular product again.
