I bought this for my disabled cat who cannot always make it to the litter box. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My cat loves it as his place to get away for a nap. I love it because It’s so easy to clean! The escape hatch was really insightful as well. I don’t use it outdoors so I can’t say how it will stand up to the elements.

This was a great purchase. We have some community cats that come and go from inside our house. One of the cats spends a lot of time outside and this has be perfectIf was easy to assemble and fits my cat who's a pretty big guy.

Put it together in maybe 5 minutes, no extra tools needed. Feels pretty solid. We have it outside. The top can pop off in strong winds if not weighed down. Prefer if it had something to cover the main door from the wind and weather? We put styrofoam down on the floor, a heat reflective sheet and straw but haven't seen the feral cats use it yet. Still have hope!

I can see some other customers making use of this, but my critter would rather get wet, and find her own natural shelter in even a severe rainstorm. No bad smell, probably stays relatively dry in a storm, but does sit flush with ground if not elevated somehow. Escape door nice touch. All I can do is offer an option; can’t alter cats opinion.

My outdoor cat won’t sleep at night anywhere else. It is insulated but I lined the walls with Mylar and on freezing nights my cat stays warm, great product.

I'm mostly pleased with this outdoor cat house. Unlike other similar ones I've seen, this has 2 doors: a large front door, and a smaller "escape hatch" door on the side. Having 2 ways to enter/exit is an important feature for outdoor cats, especially feral cats.Assembly is very quick and easy. The build quality is pretty good -- it has a nice, solid feel to it once assembled. My only concern is that the fasteners are all plastic, and it's possible to strip the threads if it is not assembled with care, or if it's taken apart/reassembled multiple times. On the plus side, there's no issue with it deteriorating due to rain/snow (as wood ones are prone to do) or rusting.I would have preferred a smaller entryway since the large opening can let in rain/snow, and hinders the ability of the house to trap and retain heat in the winter. I attached a small piece of plastic to decrease the size of the opening and provide better weather protection. Not perfect, but it gets far more right than wrong, and is a decent value for the price. 4.5 stars.

We got this cat house in green, and is was so east to set up. Took us about 15 min. We lined is with layer of foam to keep it warm for kitty. Escape door was perfect. Gave 4 stars cause it did not have plastic front door to keep cat warm and out of the rain. We had to buy one and put it on ourselves.
