My husband and I really like this design. The glass globe is semi-translucent which looks great in the light. Unfortunately the quality is very poor. The "marble" base had all sorts of yellow and brown discoloration which is clearly visible. We are sad to return.

Pretty but arrived damaged, chipped on the bottom. I am keeping it but buyer beware.
