The Rampant Lion is a royal emblem of Scotland and associated with Kings. This design also features a King's Crown and the Scottish Thistle, the emblem of Scotland. Window Roundels are round glass decorations designed to hang in a window of the home. Various sizes of Roundel are produced by hand-printing directly onto the glass. The Window Art Roundels and Panels are framed with traditional stained glass lead, and hung with trace chain. All products are supplied with window suction cups. It is recommended to apply a smear of egg white on the back of the window suction cups to prevent them drying out in double glazed and drier window conditions. Constant strong sunlight should be avoided. Supplied in a fine burgundy gift box.

The colors are brilliant and works either in the window for the sun, or on the wall, as a focal point behind the lamp. It was a gift and a good choice.

I bought this for my dad’s 80th birthday, he loved it!! The instructions said to use egg whites on the suction cup to prevent it from falling it still fell and unfortunately broke. I wouldn’t discourage you from purchasing it, it’s a lovely piece but I would suggest using something more secure to hang it in the window.

Ist ein Weihnachtsgeschenk und sieht sehr schön aus. Nur der Saugnapf, dem traue ich nicht. Wäre schade, wenn dieser schöne Sonnenfänger plötzlich vom Fenster runterfällt. Aber man findet sicher eine Lösung dazu ;). Nur keinen Nagel ins Fenster einschlagen lol :D
