The collar that comes with it has a very small spot for a pipe wrench to thread it in without damaging the threads. The cap itself lasted a whole (1) time putting it on and now it is broken and will not come off. I have not even tried to use the lock. The cap just free spins. I now will have to damage it to remove it. Absolute garbage product at a rediculous price. I am beyond disappointed.

This item was easy to install, I really like knowing that my fuel is now safe in this harsh economy. My only complaint is that the multiple o rings in it came out. Do now it does leak out of the air release.

It was easy to install. It worked fine the first two times I used it. On my trip the third time I need to fuel up it didn't work. After numerous attempts it froze and thankfully I had a pipe wrench with me and was able to remove the threaded pipe and the device. Very disappointed and hopefully the vendor will make it right.

As Promised, I had some issues threading it onto the tank. But that was my mistake. Thread the threaded portion with the cap off. Besides that works like a charm.

I got it put on and then it would not lock after installation. If it doesn't vent properly then I'll surely send it back. The lock wasn't terribly important to me but it still should have worked as designed.
